All American BBQ Festival and Regions Pro/Am Archery Tour

Event Description

Held  at the Warren County Fairgrounds in Pittsfield, PA and featuring a Regions Archery Pro/Am Tournament, professional BBQ vendors, great local and regional entertainment and a State Championship Kansas City BBQ Society sanctioned cook-off with a minimum $3,000 purse! The festival will open on Thursday, July 18 with food vendors and entertainment. The KCBS activities will begin Friday, July 19.

Thursday, July 18
Festival Hours- vendors open, including BBQ vendors

  10am - 5pm Regions Archery Pro/Am Tour registration and practice facilities open 

11:00am-1:00pm- Live radio remote with Dale Bliss, 92 Gold 

4pm-  Kansas City BBQ Society Judge Certification class.
Class will be held at First Lutheran Church in Warren.  Take the class and be a BBQ judge certified to judge at KCBS events! Cost is $60 if you are a current KCBS member and $100 if you are not (the $100 includes a 1-year KCBS membership). Call 814-723-3050 to register. Pre-registration by July 1 is required. Space may be limited.

Friday, July 19

9:00am-5:00pm- Kansas City BBQ Society Cook-off Team check in and meat inspection

11:00am-1:00pm Live radio remote with Dale Bliss, 92 Gold

1:00pm Regions Archery Pro/Am Tour Zebra Strings Team Shoot

2:00-4:00pm-Entertainment- Take 5

5pm- Judging of BBQ Vendors by our local celebrity and sponsor panel

6pm- Regions Archery Pro/Am Tour Registration and practice facilities close

6pm- KCBS Cooks Meeting (at least one representitive per team)

     7pm-10pm: Entertainment- The Sauce Boss

7pm-11pm- Go-Cart Racing in Motorsports Arena with Chief Racing Products

7pm 4-H County Horse Show begins

Saturday, July 20

Saturday afternoon, July 20, at the All American BBQ Festival we will feature a Spotlight Community Youth Talent Showcase on our main stage. As our time frame Saturday afternoon is limited, we are limiting this showcase to 15 acts. If you have an individual or group of performers ages 18 or younger that may be interested in performing please contact us for a registration form either by messaging us here or emailing All acts must be NO LONGER than 4 minutes each, and be of good character. Acts will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis based on receipt of registration forms. Performers may only perform in one act. The deadline for entries is July 1, 2013. We look forward to sharing the talents of our area youth with everyone in July!
